If it's not an emergency, contact our office!

Please always call our office before deciding to take your child to the Urgent Care or Emergency Room. If your child has a condition that could be treated in our office, please call us and we will do our best to schedule an appointment as soon as possible for your special one. But in case we are closed or there is no way we can schedule an appointment, please use the following information:

  • Urgent Care:

Common symptoms that you can take your child to Urgent Care when our office is closed are: fever (above 100.4°F), vomiting or persistent diarrhea, abdominal pain, wheezing, moderate flu-like symptoms, sprains or strains, small cuts that may require stitches, rashes without fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, ear pain, eye redness, discharge or itchiness or painful urination.​

  • Emergency Room:

We insist that you must call our office before taking your child to an Emergency Room, but in case you are unable to reach us or our doctors on call and your child has of the following conditions, do not hesitate in taking the patient to a hospital: chest pain or difficulty breathing, weakness or numbness one side, slurred speech, serious burns, head or eye injury, concussion, exposed broken bones or dislocated joints, seizures, severe cuts that may require stitches, facial lacerations, severe cold or flu symptoms, is fainting or having a sudden change in mental state or lethargic even after taking a fever reducer medication.
