Appointment Policies
We understand rare circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment, and that's why we ask a few things to assist your child and others better:

If you need to reschedule, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance so that other patients needing an appointment have a spot available!

If you are on your way but might arrive late, please get in touch with our office to notify us so we can prepare other patients who may arrive early and not delay anyone's appointment! We can wait up to 15 minutes in case you are late. If you think you may take longer than that, we kindly ask you to reschedule.
Due to high demands for appointments: we do not take walk-ins. If you need an appointment, always call our office, and we will do our best to schedule one for your child! We are more than happy to help and always try our best to fit your child into our schedule, but we have to prioritize patients who were scheduled not to cause any delays.
After-hours care
We offer after-hours care from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday, we schedule same-day appointments for patients in need. We are committed to providing 24/7 access to medical advice and care, so even when the office is closed, please call us at (954) 794-1360, and please press 9 to talk to our doctors on call. In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 immediately.
